Awakening Life LLC, unless a separately executed written agreement applies to a custom project.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> One-on-One Appointments<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Cancellation More Than 48 Hours Before the Appointment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The client may choose to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>receive a full refund of the amount paid for that appointment; or<\/li>\n<li>reschedule once at no additional charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cancellation 24 to 48 Hours Before the Appointment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a general rule, 50% of the service fee will be refunded.<\/p>\n<p>If the client prefers to reschedule, a new appointment may be arranged based on availability.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before the Appointment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a general rule, the payment is non-refundable.<\/p>\n<p>We may, depending on the circumstances, allow one rescheduling opportunity.<\/p>\n<p>If an additional rescheduling fee applies, it will be disclosed before the new appointment is confirmed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>No-Show<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If a client does not cancel in advance and does not attend a confirmed appointment, the reserved appointment time is considered used and the payment is generally non-refundable.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Late Arrival<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If a client arrives late, we will make reasonable efforts to provide the service during the remaining scheduled time.<\/p>\n<p>Unless otherwise agreed, late arrival does not automatically extend the original end time.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Workshops, Courses, and Group Events<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Cancellation More Than 7 Days Before the Event<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A full refund is generally available.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cancellation 3 to 7 Days Before the Event<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a general rule, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cancellation Less Than 3 Days Before the Event<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a general rule, the payment is non-refundable.<\/p>\n<p>If permitted under the rules of the specific event, the participant may, with advance notice:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>transfer the registration to another eligible participant; or<\/li>\n<li>retain the amount paid as credit toward a designated future ARREIF event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Whether transfer or credit is available depends on the rules of the specific event.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Individualized Reports and Custom Services<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Individualized reports, team materials, character research, casting recommendations, and other deliverables created specifically for a client are custom services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Before Work Begins<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If we have not begun reviewing materials or creating custom content, refunds will be handled under the applicable general cancellation rules.<\/p>\n<p><strong>After Work Has Begun<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once we have begun:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>reviewing client materials;<\/li>\n<li>organizing client-specific information;<\/li>\n<li>preparing personalized content;<\/li>\n<li>drafting a custom report;<\/li>\n<li>performing other work specifically for that client;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>the portion of the fee reasonably attributable to work already performed may become non-refundable.<\/p>\n<p>If the client asks us to stop before completion, any refund may be calculated based on work already completed and the remaining work not yet performed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>After Final Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once an individualized report or other custom deliverable has been completed and formally delivered, the fee associated with that custom work is generally non-refundable.<\/p>\n<p>If a delivered file contains an obvious technical error, cannot be opened, or is the wrong version, we will provide a corrected usable version.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Cancellation by ARREIF<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If ARREIF or AA Life is unable to provide a confirmed and paid service for reasons within our control, the client may choose to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>reschedule at no additional charge; or<\/li>\n<li>receive a refund for the portion of the service not provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If we cancel a workshop, course, or group event, we may offer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>rescheduling;<\/li>\n<li>transfer to another suitable event;<\/li>\n<li>future credit;<\/li>\n<li>or a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> Circumstances Beyond Reasonable Control<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If a service cannot proceed as planned due to natural disaster, severe weather, public-safety events, widespread network or power outages, governmental restrictions, or other circumstances reasonably beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to work with the client to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>reschedule;<\/li>\n<li>change between online and in-person format;<\/li>\n<li>apply the amount as future credit;<\/li>\n<li>or provide a reasonable refund for the portion not delivered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> Refund Method<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.<\/p>\n<p>Actual processing time may depend on the bank, credit-card issuer, payment processor, or other third-party institution.<\/p>\n<p>If a third-party payment provider charges fees that cannot legally or contractually be refunded, we will explain that where applicable.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><strong> Payment Disputes<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If you believe there has been:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a duplicate charge;<\/li>\n<li>an incorrect amount;<\/li>\n<li>a missing approved refund;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>please contact us through an official ARREIF contact channel so that we can review the issue.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li><strong> Business, Film, and Other Custom Projects<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Corporate consulting, customized training, film or casting projects, long-term collaborations, and other services governed by a separate proposal or written agreement may have different cancellation and refund terms.<\/p>\n<p>If a separate written agreement conflicts with this Policy, the project-specific written agreement will control for that project.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li><strong> Statutory Consumer Rights<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>This Policy is not intended to exclude, limit, or waive any cancellation, refund, or other consumer-protection right that cannot legally be waived under the law of a user\u2019s state or other applicable law.<\/p>\n<p>If this Policy conflicts with mandatory consumer-protection law, the applicable law will control.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"11\">\n<li><strong> Contact Us<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>To cancel, reschedule, or request a refund, please contact us through the ARREIF <strong>Contact &amp;
