ARREIF provides non-clinical services intended for observation, education, personal development, communication exploration, and consulting purposes.

Please read this Scope of Services & Disclaimer carefully before using this website, booking a service, participating in a course or workshop, submitting materials, or purchasing any ARREIF-related service.

  1. Nature of ARREIF Services

ARREIF is a structured framework for observation, information organization, and interpretation.

Depending on the service selected, ARREIF may review information voluntarily provided by the user and, where appropriately authorized, photographs, videos, audio recordings, written materials, communication background, everyday expression, and interaction patterns.

ARREIF may organize and explore recurring patterns relating to:

  • communication styles;
  • forms of expression;
  • interaction habits;
  • personal preferences;
  • relationship patterns;
  • collaboration styles;
  • other relevant non-clinical characteristics.

ARREIF may be used in areas including, but not limited to:

  • self-understanding and personal development;
  • family and parent-child communication;
  • romantic relationships and interaction patterns;
  • alignment between personal image and self-expression;
  • team communication and collaboration;
  • career-direction exploration;
  • character and casting consulting for film, short-form productions, advertising, and other media;
  • educational courses and workshops;
  • corporate training;
  • other non-clinical applications related to communication, relationships, personal development, and creative production.

ARREIF is intended to provide an additional perspective and a structured reference framework. It is not intended to place any person into a fixed or permanent category.

  1. ARREIF Is Not Licensed Medical or Mental Health Care

ARREIF provides non-clinical educational, observational, personal-development, and consulting services.

ARREIF does not provide, and should not be understood as providing:

  • medical diagnosis or treatment;
  • diagnosis of mental illness;
  • psychotherapy;
  • licensed mental health counseling;
  • clinical psychological assessment;
  • prescriptions or medication advice;
  • crisis intervention;
  • any service that applicable law requires to be provided by a licensed medical or mental health professional.

ARREIF reports, observations, courses, communication guidance, and other materials are not substitutes for services provided by physicians, licensed mental health professionals, attorneys, accountants, or other appropriately licensed professionals.

  1. Emergency or High-Risk Situations

ARREIF is not an emergency medical, mental health crisis, or safety-response service.

If you or another person is facing an immediate risk involving personal safety, medical care, or another emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified professional directly.

Do not rely on the ARREIF website, reports, courses, or staff to address an emergency.

  1. ARREIF Outputs Are Exploratory and Informational

ARREIF may provide:

  • observations;
  • pattern summaries;
  • individualized reports;
  • communication suggestions;
  • relationship-compatibility references;
  • team-collaboration suggestions;
  • career-direction references;
  • character or casting recommendations.

These outputs are based on limited information available within a particular time and context, together with the ARREIF framework.

They do not constitute:

  • an absolute factual determination about any person;
  • a standardized clinical test;
  • a medical or mental health diagnosis;
  • a legal conclusion;
  • an official certification;
  • a background investigation;
  • identity verification;
  • a definitive prediction of future behavior;
  • a guarantee of any outcome.

People’s behavior, expression, needs, preferences, and relationships can change depending on time, environment, experience, and context.

Accordingly, ARREIF outputs should be interpreted in context and should not be treated as permanent, absolute, or unchangeable definitions of any person.

  1. No Guarantee of Results

Although we make reasonable efforts to provide thoughtful, clear, and useful services, we do not guarantee that:

  • every observation or interpretation will be completely accurate;
  • every user will agree with every conclusion;
  • any recommendation will produce a particular result;
  • a relationship will succeed or fail;
  • a particular career direction will lead to success;
  • an employee will perform successfully in a particular role;
  • an actor will be the best fit for or successfully portray a specific character;
  • using ARREIF will resolve personal, family, relationship, team, or career-related issues.

Users should consider their own experience, the surrounding circumstances, other reliable information, and independent judgment before making decisions.

  1. Not to Be Used as the Sole or Determinative Basis for High-Impact Decisions

ARREIF information must not be used as the sole or determinative basis for decisions involving:

  • hiring or refusal to hire;
  • termination;
  • promotion;
  • compensation;
  • educational admission;
  • credit or lending;
  • housing;
  • insurance;
  • medical care;
  • legal liability;
  • identity verification;
  • fraud determination;
  • criminality or dangerousness;
  • any other decision that may materially affect a person’s significant rights or opportunities.

ARREIF also must not be integrated into an automated system that makes such high-impact decisions about individuals.

Organizations or individuals using ARREIF for team communication, career development, or role exploration should combine ARREIF information with lawful, objective, and purpose-relevant information.

  1. Prohibited Discriminatory, Surveillance, or Other Improper Uses

ARREIF should not be used to:

  • unlawfully discriminate based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability, or other characteristics protected by applicable law;
  • track, monitor, harass, or control another person without proper authorization;
  • conduct lie detection;
  • determine criminality;
  • detect fraud;
  • verify identity;
  • perform security screening;
  • make medical determinations;
  • make legal-liability determinations;
  • permanently define a person as having a fixed attribute.

We reserve the right to refuse requests that are clearly intended for any of these purposes.

  1. Responsibility for Third-Party Materials

If you submit materials involving another person, including:

  • photographs;
  • videos;
  • audio recordings;
  • conversations;
  • chat records;
  • written materials;
  • workplace materials;
  • other information that identifies a specific person;

you are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful and appropriate right, authorization, or other legal basis to provide those materials.

You must not submit:

  • materials obtained unlawfully;
  • illegal recordings or hidden recordings obtained in violation of applicable law;
  • materials that clearly violate another person’s privacy rights;
  • materials that infringe rights of publicity, copyright, or other legal rights;
  • materials submitted for purposes of harassment, stalking, coercion, or harm.

If the source of submitted materials is questionable, outside the reasonable scope of the requested service, or potentially unlawful, we may refuse the materials, request additional authorization, stop processing them, or delete them.

  1. Services Involving Minors

The ARREIF website, online booking system, and purchasing processes are primarily intended for adults.

When a service involves a minor, a parent or legal guardian should generally be responsible for:

  • booking the service;
  • making payment;
  • communicating with us;
  • submitting necessary materials;
  • providing appropriate authorization;
  • determining how the minor participates.

ARREIF services involving minors remain educational, communication-focused, and personal-development services. They are not child therapy, family therapy, or other clinical services.

  1. Children Under 13

This website is not designed as an online service directed to children under 13.

We do not want children under 13 to independently:

  • create accounts;
  • complete booking forms;
  • provide email addresses or telephone numbers;
  • upload photographs;
  • upload videos;
  • upload audio recordings;
  • submit other information that identifies them.

If an ARREIF service involves a child under 13, the child’s parent or legal guardian should communicate with us and provide the necessary information.

If a specific online service requires direct collection of personal information from a child under 13, we will implement any required parental notice, authorization, or consent procedures before such collection, as required by applicable law.

If we learn that a child has independently submitted personal information without appropriate parental or guardian involvement, we may take reasonable steps to delete the information or contact the parent or guardian.

  1. Romantic Relationship Services

ARREIF may help users explore relationships through areas such as:

  • communication styles;
  • relationship needs;
  • recurring interaction patterns;
  • value priorities;
  • lifestyle preferences;
  • long-term goals;
  • approaches to disagreement.

ARREIF does not determine:

  • who is the “right” partner;
  • whether two people should marry;
  • whether two people should separate;
  • whether a person is faithful;
  • whether a person is dangerous;
  • whether a person has a medical or mental health condition;
  • whether a relationship will inevitably succeed or fail.

All decisions involving dating, marriage, separation, or other significant personal matters remain the user’s responsibility.

  1. Business and Career Applications

ARREIF business and team services may be used for:

  • communication-style exploration;
  • collaboration differences;
  • team building;
  • work-style exploration;
  • career-direction reference;
  • leadership communication;
  • non-determinative role or position-fit exploration.

ARREIF is not:

  • a background-check service;
  • an employment-eligibility certification;
  • a lie detector;
  • an employee medical evaluation;
  • a legally regulated professional qualification assessment;
  • another specially regulated employment-screening tool.

Final employment decisions should be made by employers based on applicable law, objective qualifications, actual performance, and complete employment processes.

  1. Film, Casting, and Creative Production Services

ARREIF services for film, short-form productions, advertising, and other media are creative-production consulting services.

We may provide observations relating to:

  • character concept;
  • character motivation;
  • expression;
  • outward presentation;
  • character relationships;
  • on-camera presence;
  • perceived performer-character fit.

Final casting, creative, and production decisions remain the responsibility of the production team.

  1. Photographs, Video, and Audio Are Not Used for Identity Verification

ARREIF may review photographs, video, or audio submitted voluntarily and with appropriate authorization for human observation and service-related purposes.

Unless separately disclosed and authorized as required by applicable law, we do not use these materials to:

  • perform facial identity recognition;
  • perform voiceprint authentication;
  • create facial-geometry templates for identity recognition;
  • create voiceprint templates for identity recognition;
  • otherwise verify identity through biometric identification.

If future services involve technology that may qualify as processing biometric identifiers or biometric information under applicable law, we will provide separate notice and obtain any consent required by law.

  1. User Responsibility for Final Decisions

ARREIF provides information, observations, and reference materials.

Any final decision involving:

  • personal development;
  • family;
  • dating or marriage;
  • career;
  • employment;
  • employees;
  • teams;
  • business relationships;
  • performers;
  • creative production;

must be made independently by the relevant user or decision-maker based on the complete circumstances.

  1. Limitation of Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ARREIF, AA Life, and related personnel are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from:

  • use of ARREIF outside its intended purposes;
  • reliance on ARREIF information while disregarding other important facts;
  • submission of third-party materials without proper authorization;
  • alteration, selective quotation, or inaccurate redistribution of ARREIF materials by a user;
  • independent actions or decisions by users or third parties;
  • technical failures of third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded, limited, or waived.
