By accessing the website, submitting a booking request, purchasing a service, participating in a workshop, submitting materials, or otherwise using ARREIF services, you agree to these Terms of Service & User Agreement and any additional policies applicable to the relevant service.

If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the relevant services.

  1. Non-Clinical Service Statement

ARREIF does not provide medical diagnosis, diagnosis of mental illness, psychotherapy, licensed mental health counseling, clinical psychological assessment, prescriptions, or other professional services requiring applicable medical or mental health licensure.

Please also review the ARREIF Scope of Services & Disclaimer.

  1. User Eligibility

The website and online purchasing services are primarily intended for adults.

Users under 18 should generally involve a parent or legal guardian when purchasing services, booking appointments, or submitting private personal materials.

For family or parent-child services involving a minor, a parent or legal guardian should generally serve as the primary booking and communication contact.

Children under 13 should not independently create accounts, make bookings, or upload personal information through the website.

  1. Booking Confirmation

Submitting a booking or consultation request does not automatically create a confirmed appointment.

A booking is generally confirmed after the following have been agreed:

  • service type;
  • date and time;
  • price;
  • required payment;
  • other necessary conditions expressly confirmed by the parties.

We may reasonably refuse or cancel requests that are clearly outside the appropriate scope of ARREIF, including where:

  • the requested service falls within licensed medical or clinical practice;
  • there is a significant safety concern;
  • submitted materials present clear legal or authorization concerns;
  • the user engages in harassment, threats, or unlawful conduct;
  • the request exceeds services we can reasonably provide.
  1. Pricing and Payment

Service prices are those displayed at the time of purchase or otherwise confirmed in writing.

Services may require:

  • full advance payment;
  • a deposit;
  • milestone payments;
  • another payment arrangement agreed by the parties.

Transactions processed by third-party payment providers may also be subject to those providers’ own terms and privacy policies.

  1. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by the ARREIF Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If a separate written agreement applies to a corporate, film, training, or other custom project, the project-specific written agreement will control for that project.

  1. Information Provided by Users

Users should make reasonable efforts to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and relevant to the requested service.

If information is:

  • materially inaccurate;
  • substantially incomplete;
  • outdated;
  • misleading;

the quality or usefulness of ARREIF observations and outputs may be affected.

We do not require users to provide information clearly unrelated to the service they request.

  1. Third-Party Materials

If a user submits photographs, videos, audio, writings, messages, workplace materials, or other information relating to another person, the user confirms that they have a lawful and appropriate right, authorization, or other legal basis to submit those materials.

Users may not use ARREIF to:

  • violate another person’s privacy rights;
  • violate rights of publicity;
  • infringe copyright;
  • misappropriate trade secrets;
  • harass or stalk another person;
  • process materials obtained unlawfully.
  1. Limited License to Use User Materials

Users retain applicable rights in original materials that they lawfully own.

For the limited purpose of providing the service requested by the user, the user authorizes us, where reasonably necessary, to:

  • receive;
  • view;
  • store;
  • organize;
  • use;
  • create related service deliverables from;

materials the user voluntarily submits.

This authorization is limited to what is reasonably necessary for:

  • providing the service;
  • communicating with the client;
  • internal quality management;
  • maintaining reasonable business records;
  • complying with legal obligations;
  • handling reasonable disputes related to the service.
  1. No Automatic Publicity Rights

Purchasing an ARREIF service does not give us automatic permission to publicly use a user’s:

  • name;
  • private photographs;
  • private videos;
  • voice;
  • private story;
  • family information;
  • relationship information;
  • individualized report;
  • other private materials that reasonably identify the user.

If we wish to use identifiable user content for:

  • advertising;
  • promotional materials;
  • social media;
  • public courses;
  • public case studies;
  • public testimonials;

we will obtain additional authorization where appropriate.

  1. Case Materials and De-Identified Information

Where permitted by applicable law, we may use information that has been reasonably de-identified so that it cannot reasonably identify a specific person for:

  • internal quality improvement;
  • internal education;
  • method development;
  • staff training.

Information that still reasonably identifies a specific person is not considered de-identified for purposes of this section.

  1. Prohibited Uses

Users may not use the website or ARREIF services to:

  • engage in unlawful conduct;
  • harass, threaten, or stalk others;
  • secretly collect information about others;
  • impersonate another person;
  • upload malicious software;
  • interfere with website operations;
  • bypass security measures;
  • copy internal courses or materials without authorization;
  • engage in unlawful discrimination;
  • verify identity;
  • determine fraud;
  • conduct lie detection;
  • determine criminality;
  • make medical diagnoses;
  • use ARREIF as a high-impact automated decision system.
  1. High-Impact Decision Restrictions

ARREIF must not be used as the sole or determinative basis for:

  • hiring;
  • termination;
  • promotion;
  • compensation;
  • educational admission;
  • credit;
  • housing;
  • insurance;
  • medical care;
  • legal liability;
  • other significant rights or opportunity decisions.

Businesses using ARREIF for team collaboration or role exploration should treat ARREIF as a supplemental reference and not as a substitute for lawful employment procedures or objective qualification standards.

  1. Nature of ARREIF Outputs

ARREIF reports, observations, explanations, and recommendations are exploratory, interpretive, and informational.

They do not constitute:

  • standardized clinical testing;
  • medical conclusions;
  • legal conclusions;
  • official certification;
  • background investigations;
  • definitive predictions of future behavior;
  • guarantees of results.
  1. Final Decisions Remain With the User

All final decisions relating to:

  • personal matters;
  • family;
  • dating;
  • marriage;
  • career;
  • employees;
  • teams;
  • business relationships;
  • performers;
  • creative production;

remain the responsibility of the relevant user or decision-maker.

  1. Intellectual Property

Except for user-owned content and materials expressly identified as belonging to third parties, applicable rights in ARREIF and original website content, including:

  • brand names;
  • logos;
  • original frameworks;
  • original classification or expression systems;
  • courses;
  • educational materials;
  • training materials;
  • handouts;
  • report templates;
  • charts;
  • original written content;
  • graphics;
  • video;
  • audio;
  • original website content;

are owned or lawfully used by the relevant rights holder.

Without written authorization, users may not:

  • reproduce substantial portions;
  • resell;
  • sublicense;
  • publicly distribute;
  • create commercial derivative training;
  • misrepresent materials as official ARREIF courses;
  • otherwise engage in unauthorized commercial use.

Lawful fair use and other rights expressly allowed by applicable law are not restricted by this section.

  1. Personally Purchased Courses and Materials

Unless a purchase page expressly states otherwise, purchasing a course, report, or educational material generally provides a limited personal-use right rather than ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Without authorization, users may not:

  • broadly redistribute the materials;
  • upload them to public download platforms;
  • resell them;
  • use them to operate unauthorized commercial courses;
  • misrepresent them as official ARREIF training;
  • copy ARREIF internal training systems for commercial operation.
  1. Photographs, Video, Voice, and Biometric Information

Certain ARREIF services may allow users to voluntarily submit photographs, videos, or audio for human observation and service-related purposes.

Unless separately disclosed, we do not use those materials to:

  • perform facial identity recognition;
  • perform voiceprint authentication;
  • generate facial-geometry templates for identity recognition;
  • generate voiceprint templates for identity recognition.

If a future feature involves processing that may qualify as biometric identifiers or biometric information under applicable law, we will provide appropriate disclosure and obtain required consent where applicable.

  1. Third-Party Services

The website may use third-party providers for:

  • hosting;
  • payment processing;
  • forms;
  • booking;
  • email;
  • video meetings;
  • analytics;
  • security;
  • other technology services.

Those third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of every third-party service at all times.

  1. Website Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain the website but do not guarantee that:

  • the website will always be uninterrupted;
  • every feature will always remain available;
  • every error will be corrected immediately;
  • every third-party platform will function continuously.

We may temporarily limit parts of the website for:

  • maintenance;
  • updates;
  • security;
  • technical;
  • operational;

reasons.

  1. Refusal or Termination of Service

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate service if a user:

  • materially violates these Terms;
  • engages in unlawful conduct;
  • threatens staff or other participants;
  • materially disrupts a course or workshop;
  • distributes protected materials without authorization;
  • misuses ARREIF services.

If payment has already been made for services not yet provided, any refund will be determined based on the circumstances, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and applicable law.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AA Life, ARREIF, and related personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from:

  • use of ARREIF outside its intended purposes;
  • exclusive reliance on ARREIF while ignoring other material information;
  • submission of third-party materials without authorization;
  • independent actions by the user or third parties;
  • modification or inaccurate redistribution of ARREIF content by the user;
  • third-party technology failures outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

  1. Privacy

Our collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information are described in the ARREIF Privacy Policy & Information Collection Notice.

  1. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms based on changes in:

  • services;
  • website functionality;
  • technology;
  • applicable law.

The updated version will be posted on the website and will show the latest revision date.

Material changes will be accompanied by appropriate notice where required by law.

  1. Governing Law

Subject to any non-waivable rights available to consumers under applicable law, these Terms are generally governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, United States.

If another state’s applicable consumer-protection, privacy, contract, or other law gives a user rights that legally cannot be waived, these Terms are not intended to eliminate or restrict those rights.

  1. Dispute Communication

If a service-related issue arises, we encourage users to first contact us through an official ARREIF communication channel so that both parties have an opportunity to understand and attempt to resolve the matter directly.

This section does not limit any remedy available under applicable law.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with:

  • the ARREIF Scope of Services & Disclaimer;
  • the ARREIF Refund & Cancellation Policy;
  • the ARREIF Privacy Policy & Information Collection Notice;
  • the applicable purchase page;
  • any separate written agreement for a specific service or project;

collectively form the applicable agreement governing the relevant ARREIF service.

For a corporate, film, training, or other custom project governed by a separate formal written contract, that contract will control with respect to the specific project.
