- targeted advertising;
under an applicable law, we will provide notices and opt-out mechanisms where required by that law.

- relationship information;
- individualized report.
If we wish to use personally identifiable content for:

- providing notice;
- explaining the purpose;
- disclosing retention or deletion practices;
- obtaining authorization or consent where required.
- Privacy of Minors
This website is primarily intended for adults and is not designed as an online service directed to children under 13.
Children Under 13
We do not want children under 13 to independently:
- create an account;
- complete a booking form;
- provide a name or contact information;
- upload photographs;
- upload videos;
- upload audio containing their voice;
- submit other personally identifiable information.
Family or parent-child services involving a child should be booked and managed by a parent or legal guardian.

If we learn that a child submitted personal information without appropriate parental or guardian involvement, we may take reasonable steps to delete the information.
Minors Ages 13 to 17
Paid services involving minors and the submission of more private materials should generally involve a parent or legal guardian in the booking and authorization process.
- Data Retention
Different categories of information may be retained for different periods.
We may consider:
- whether the service is still ongoing;
- whether a report must be completed;
- customer-support needs;
- accounting and tax requirements;
- contractual records;
- potential disputes;
- security needs;
- applicable law.
When information no longer serves a reasonable business or legal purpose, we may, depending on the nature of the data and available technology:
- delete it;
- anonymize it;

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information.
These measures may include:
- HTTPS/TLS transmission security;
- account and access controls;
- limiting unnecessary internal access;
- reasonable selection of technology vendors;

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Accordingly, we cannot promise that any system will be immune from unauthorized access under all circumstances.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies
The website may use Cookies or similar technologies for:
- essential website functionality;
- security;
- performance;
- basic analytics;
- storing certain user preferences.
Third-party technology providers may also place Cookies or other identifiers according to their own technologies and policies.
Users may be able to manage certain Cookies through browser or website settings.
Disabling certain Cookies may affect website functionality.
- Do Not Track and Privacy Preference Signals
Some browsers may transmit a traditional Do Not Track (DNT) signal.
Because implementation of traditional DNT signals is not uniform across browsers and services, the website does not currently change all data practices solely in response to a traditional DNT signal, except where required by applicable law.
Where an applicable law requires a covered business to recognize legally effective privacy-preference mechanisms or opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) where applicable, we will process such signals to the extent the relevant law applies to us.
- Privacy Requests
Regardless of whether a particular state grants a specific statutory right, users may contact us with questions about their personal information.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, users may be able to request that we:
- confirm whether we maintain personal information about them;
- provide access to certain personal information;
- correct clearly inaccurate information;
- delete certain information;
- provide a copy of certain information;
- stop certain non-essential communications.
Before processing a request, we may reasonably verify the identity of the requester.
Some information may need to be retained because of:
- legal requirements;
- accounting;
- tax obligations;
- contracts;
- security;
- disputes.
- Additional Privacy Rights for Residents of Certain U.S. States
Different U.S. states may provide qualifying residents with different personal-information rights, and not every state law applies to every business.
If a state privacy law applies to AA Life and the relevant data-processing activity, we will process qualifying requests in accordance with that law.
Depending on the applicable law, rights may include:
- knowing about or accessing personal information;
- correcting personal information;
- deleting personal information;
- obtaining a portable copy of certain information;
- opting out of the sale of personal information;
- opting out of certain sharing;
- opting out of targeted advertising;
- opting out of certain profiling used to produce legal or similarly significant effects;
- exercising choices concerning certain sensitive-data processing;
- appealing a denied privacy request;
- other rights established by law.
Whether a particular right applies depends on factors including:
- the user’s state of residence;
- whether the company meets the law’s applicability thresholds;
- the type of information;
- the purpose of processing;
- statutory exemptions.
Providing certain privacy choices voluntarily through this Policy does not mean that every comprehensive state privacy law necessarily applies to AA Life at all times.
- California Privacy Notice
Because ARREIF operates in the United States and may provide services to California residents, this section provides supplemental California privacy information.
California Online Privacy
We make this Privacy Policy publicly available and describe matters including:
- categories of information collected;
- purposes of use;
- categories of third parties to whom information may be disclosed;
- how users may contact us;
- how this Policy may be updated;
- how the website addresses online tracking matters.
CCPA / CPRA
If the California Consumer Privacy Act and its amendments apply to AA Life at a particular time, eligible California consumers may have rights under applicable law, including:
- the right to know;
- the right to access;
- the right to delete;
- the right to correct;
- the right to opt out of certain sale or sharing;
- the right to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable;
- the right not to be unlawfully discriminated against for exercising applicable privacy rights;
- other rights provided by law.
This section does not mean that AA Life necessarily meets all statutory thresholds for a covered “business” under the CCPA at all times.
- Sale / Share / Targeted Advertising Requests
If applicable state law gives a user the right to opt out of:
- sale;
- sharing;
- targeted advertising;
the user may submit an applicable request through the privacy contact channel listed on the website.
If the website later uses technology requiring a dedicated Cookie, GPC, or other opt-out mechanism under applicable law, we will provide the required mechanism.
- Profiling and Automated High-Impact Decisions
Ordinary ARREIF observations and reports should not be used to automatically determine:
- employment;
- credit;
- housing;
- insurance;
- healthcare;
- other matters involving legal or similarly significant effects.
If future technology or services cause a processing activity to qualify as regulated automated high-impact decision-making or profiling under applicable law, we will provide required notice and rights mechanisms where that law applies.
- Appeals of Privacy Requests
If an applicable state privacy law requires a covered business to offer an appeals process and that law applies to AA Life, a user may appeal an eligible privacy-request decision.
An appeal may be submitted through the privacy contact channel listed on the website and should state:
“Privacy Appeal.”
We will process qualifying appeals in accordance with applicable law.
- Third-Party Links
The website may include links to:
- payment platforms;
- video platforms;
- social-media services;
- third-party booking platforms;
- other external websites.
After a user leaves the ARREIF website, the third party’s own privacy policy and terms govern its data practices.
We do not control all data-processing activities of third-party websites.
- Legally Required Disclosures
We may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to:
- comply with applicable law;
- respond to a valid court order or lawful government request;
- protect user or public safety;
- investigate fraud, security, or technical issues;
- protect the lawful rights of AA Life or ARREIF.
- Business Changes
If AA Life undergoes a:
- merger;
- acquisition;
- reorganization;
- asset transfer;
- other significant business transaction;
information associated with the relevant business may be transferred as part of the transaction where permitted by law.
Where legally required, we will provide appropriate notice.
- Updates to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy because of changes in:
- website functionality;
- third-party services;
- data practices;
- service offerings;
- applicable law.
The current version will be posted on the website and will display the latest update date.
If a change materially affects user privacy rights, we will provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
